Sensei Will had already been a 3rd degree black belt for a couple of years. After acquiring the rank of Sensei in Karate he felt he needed to further his training and understanding of striking in all aspects. He already began training in boxing along with wrestling and MMA. With his experience Sensei Will traveled to Thailand in search of a mentor to teach him the way of the art of eight limbs. Once he landed he made his way to the south beaches of Phuket. He was hunting the world renown gym called Tiger Muay Thai. After meeting and training with great coaches and fighters from around the world Sensei Will packed his things and headed North to the mountains of Chiang Mai. There he stumbled upon a fight club called Lana Muay Thai. They were pure Thai boxing with a heavy clinch, elbow, knee style. After a few months of training Sensei Will made his way back to the capital and came across Master Toddy's gym. Marco, Sensei Will's younger brother told him to look Master Toddy up in Thailand and to try and meet him if he could. Well Sensei did more than just meet him. After a few meals and conversation about Sensei's future dreams of opening a gym, Master Toddy took a liking to Sensei for his theories and philosophies of the meaning of Martial Arts. Master Toddy then extended his invitation of mentorship to Sensei Will to aide his journey of Muay Thai.
He then became a student under the living legend and that is when Sensei Will's quest truly began.
After early mornings, late nights, and heavy training, Sensei Will gained a new title. The rank and title of Kru. The Thai Commissioner Governer signed off on his certificate confirming Sensei Will's legitimacy as an instructor in the art of Muay Thai, Thailand's national sport.
Sensei Will has traveled and taught seminars across the world in Europe and in Asia. His first international Master Class was in Wales UK to teach at the four time former world Muay Thai and K-1 Kickboxing Champion Russ William's gym. He was sent by Grand Master Toddy who was also Russ's trainer and mentor in the art of Muay Thai. Master Toddy brought Muay Thai to the UK. Russ saw Master Toddy teaching classes in Manchester on tv commercials. Russ was a farmer as well as a fighter that traveled hours back and forth on a train several times a week just to study under the skilled mentor Grand Master Toddy. After the seminar Russ ended up offering a partnership in the gym and flew Sensei Will over for a few months to help build his program. Sensei lived with Russ for a good amount of time while there and they became very close friends. Sensei Will now usually makes annual trips back to his people in the land of the dragons for MMA and Muay Thai seminars. Russ is a legendary fighter and trainer that has created many world champions over the years that came from Wales. It was an honor for Sensei Will to have been able to have lived with and learned from a world class competitor and coach.
Grand Master Sifu Samuel Kwok is the world leader of the IP Man Wing Chun Association. His teacher was Bruce Lee's teacher's son. Now Sifu Samuel Kwok is responsible for the spreading of Wing Chun around the globe in the modern day. The two Martial Artists met through a mutual friend former Boxing and Kickboxing champion turned actor Spencer Wilding. Spencer is most famous for his role as Darth Vader in Star Wars Rogue One. At a comic con in Chester England is where they met out of all the places in the world. Sensei Will for years taught himself at the best of his abilities the ways of Wing Chun. Knowing that he was at a great lack Sensei Will searched on for a teacher in this style until he finally met Sifu. Sifu doesn't take on just anyone as personal disciple. He had to check for himself that Sensei was legit so he called Grand Master Toddy while they were having lunch in Sifu's hometown Blackpool England. Once Master Toddy confirmed that Sensei Will was actually his student and not just name dropping, Sifu accepted him as his new disciple in Wing Chun. From that moment on Sensei Will started traveling with Sifu all over Europe meeting and training with even more skilled and famous Martial Artists. Sifu took Sensei Will to the next level in his Martial Arts journey. He promoted Sensei Will to the rank of Master during the 2019 Swiss Hall of Honor Induction. Sensei Will was also awarded with International Master of the Year during the ceremony. The honor was awarded to him by Sifu's close friend Cynthia Rothrock a.k.a. Mortal Kombat's Sonya Blade.
Throughout his journey Sensei Will has had the opportunity to train and learn from high level Martial Arts legends. Sifu and Sr. are both considered masters of the hand. These two gentlemen are close friends and both share so much wisdom. They are both fathers to many Martial Artists internationally.

Super Foot is an American Kickboxing icon. He brought point Karate in the Western World to light and was one of the only professional kickboxers to become Champion and retire with an undefeated record. When Sensei Will had just started learning how to kick properly maybe around purple belt, he would hear the name Super Foot a lot in the dojo. The older boys and adults always spoke of him. Bill Wallace became a mythical character, yet he would see him all the time in the magazines, movies, live bouts, and was very real. He became a superstar and a living legend while still training and teaching all around the world. He was the head of security for Elvis Presley and also was the instructor for his Martial Arts regime. Sensei Will was inspired by Super Foot's speed, flexibility, agility, ability to kick and have so many interchangeable options of attack. So he practiced his whole life while adding various tweaks. One day while aiding Sifu in a seminar he introduces Sensei Will to one of his childhood heroes. Over some training and good conversation Bill too took Sensei Will under his watch to study the way of the Bladed Stance! Will and Bill soon became friends and still keep in contact today. Fun Fact, Bill Wallace was also the first commentator way before Joe Rogan even got on the scene at UFC 1 hosted by the Graice family.
