At House of Dragons, our after-school athletic program provides more than just supervision — it’s a powerful blend of sports, martial arts, mentorship, and creative growth designed to build stronger, more confident kids.
We pick your child up from school and provide a safe, structured environment where they can grow mentally, physically, and emotionally — all before dinner time.

Daily Schedule
3:15–3:30 PM – School Pickup
We pick up your child from school depending on our route through nearby neighborhoods.
3:45 PM – Arrival, Sign-In & Snack Time
Your child settles in with a healthy snack and group discussion on daily themes like confidence, focus, dealing with challenges, and school wins.
4:15 PM – Athletics + Martial Arts Training (45 mins)
We combine traditional sports (football drills, dodgeball, basketball, etc.) with entry-level martial arts and self-defense, giving your child a fun, high-energy outlet while building real-world skills and bully-proof confidence.
5:00 PM – Homework & Creative Free Time
Students complete homework with staff assistance. If they finish early, they enjoy:
🎨 Arts & crafts | 🎮 Video & board games | 🎲 Group games | 🏃♂️ Tag & free play
6:30 PM – Parent Pick-Up
Need more training? Evening martial arts classes are available for an additional fee.
